OneAdvent, the specialist MGA and broker services platform, has welcomed Richard Palmer as head of compliance & risk, to develop and strengthen the company’s existing compliance function.
Richard has over forty years’ experience in insurance, beginning his career as a broker before moving to specialise in compliance. He has spent the past twenty years in a number of senior compliance roles. Most recently he was the compliance manager at Howden Insurance Brokers. Richard will be responsible for creating a robust compliance programme and designing a policies and procedures toolkit to enhance OneAdvent’s existing compliance and regulatory provision.

It provides comprehensive compliance support and has an established governance framework providing all the controls required to help customers operate in accordance with current and future regulation.
